Terms of Service

1. The service
Kadai Store lets a business create a website to show its products, with a WhatsApp button so customers can contact the business. We do not sell products, take orders or process payments between a shop and its customers.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use the service for a genuine business. Give us correct information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
3. Free demo, plan and payment
A new shop gets a free demo for 1 day, with all features. If you do not pay before the demo ends, your website is paused and you owe us nothing. Your products stay saved.
The Standard plan costs ₹1,499 per month and lets you keep up to 100 in-stock products on your website. Only products marked In stock count toward this limit. You pay us by UPI, and we start or extend your plan for 30 days after we confirm your payment. Fees for a month that has started are not refundable, unless we are unable to provide the service to you.
4. Renewals and pausing
Your public website is paused as soon as your demo or paid validity ends. You cannot edit products until you renew. Your products stay saved and come back when your payment is confirmed. If an account stays paused for more than 90 days, we may delete it after telling you first.
5. Your content
You own the content you upload. You give us permission to store and display it so we can run your website. You promise that you have the right to use it and that it is accurate and not misleading.
You must not list or promote anything illegal or stolen, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, or anything that harms or deceives others. We may remove content or pause an account that breaks these rules.
6. Sales are between you and your customers
Any sale, price, payment, delivery, return or dispute is only between you and your customer. We are not a party to it and we are not responsible for it.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may carry out maintenance or make changes to the service.
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or do not pay.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the claim arose.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes and contact
